The Princeton Review: Carson-Newman one of the “Best in the South”

Esther Mbugua, interim director for the English Language Institute at Carson-Newman University, speaks with students during Fall Convocation. Carson-Newman is recognized in the latest college listings by The Princeton Review.

Carson-Newman University is “academically outstanding and well worth consideration in your college search,” according to The Princeton Review in its recent college listings. The organization cited the University in its “2024 Best Colleges: Region by Region.” Placing Carson-Newman in its “South” category, The Princeton Review listing is uniquely based on data compiled from current students.

The Princeton Review news follows the University announcing its third-largest enrollment numbers earlier this week. The institution reported a total enrollment of 2,735, marking a nearly 6% increase from 2022.
